Tracing the Influence of Sharia-Based Local Regulations on Students' Clothing in Public Schools

Since the promulgation of Law Number 44 1999 concerning Implementation Privileges Aceh, almost all regions in Indonesia have enacted sharia regulations. This caused penetration Islamic values through legal regulations form regional paper aims to trace influence sharia-based local regulation society sociology and cultural studies, which is refine existent perspectives, such as a single sociological perspective or law perspective. The method used this juridical-sociological obtain primary data from legislation studies secondary previous research phenomena. finding that administrative defects content produce effect on one object, namely women public spaces schools. Furthermore, newer hypothesis also presented stresses how with nuances leave permanent social effects female students schools.
